As a teacher of the Graduate Institute of Transdisciplinary Art, National Kaohsiung Normal University, I teach graduates from diverse backgrounds. I also conduct courses for the university’s general education, in which the undergraduates are also with various majors. For both of them, I design practice-based art history courses respectively, where they read classic texts, rewrite or revise parts of the texts, and develop creative writings or art projects. In this way, students with or without art-related backgrounds can explore a part of art history and have their unique way of reading and rereading it.
