一、匿名審稿程序 Blind Review Process
每篇投稿文章均需經過雙匿名審稿，並送交至少兩位審稿人。稿件中不得包含作者姓名或任何可識別作者身份的資訊。
Each submitted article undergoes a double-blind peer review and is sent to at least two reviewers. Manuscripts must not contain the author’s name or any identifying information.
二、審稿人遴選 Reviewer Selection
審稿人由編輯委員會依其相關領域專業知識遴選，且不得有任何利益衝突。
Reviewers are selected by the editorial board based on their expertise in the relevant field and must have no conflicts of interest.
三、依範圍邀請審稿人 Scope-Based Reviewer Invitation
視投稿主題及範圍，主編可諮詢編輯委員會以邀請適當的審稿人。
Depending on the subject and scope of the submission, the Editor-in-Chief may consult the editorial board to invite appropriate reviewers.
四、保密性 Confidentiality
所有審稿人的身份皆嚴格保密。
The identities of all reviewers are kept strictly confidential.
