一、出版倫理與學術誠信 Publication Ethics and Academic Integrity
本刊於出版流程各階段皆遵循高度的學術與出版倫理標準，並要求作者嚴格遵守相關規範。所有投稿須為原創研究，不得有任何剽竊、造假或一稿多投之情事。編輯委員依據 Committee on Publication Ethics （COPE）指導原則處理審稿與出版事宜，以防止不當出版行為。
At all stages of the publication process, the journal adheres to the highest standards of academic and publishing ethics and requires authors to comply strictly with relevant regulations. All submissions must be original research and must not involve plagiarism, fabrication, or multiple submissions. Editorial review and publication procedures are conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to prevent unethical publishing practices.
二、作者責任與著作權 Author Responsibilities and Copyright
作者須確認投稿內容為本人原創，未曾重複發表，且不含不實資訊。文中所使用之圖像、插圖或引文，作者應自行取得相關版權使用許可，並負擔衍生之費用。作者保有論文著作權，並須對內容之合法性與正確性負完全責任。
Authors must ensure that their submissions are original works, have not been published elsewhere, and contain no false or misleading information. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use any images, illustrations, or quoted materials included in their manuscripts and for bearing any related costs. Authors retain the copyright to their articles and assume full responsibility for the legality and accuracy of their content.
三、違反倫理之處理機制 Procedures for Handling Ethical Violations
編輯委員會負責監督與維護出版倫理，對於涉及剽竊、造假或其他學術不端之情形，將視情節進行更正、澄清、撤稿或公告說明。已刊登之文章如經查證有不實或誤導內容，本刊將通知作者更正。若屬重大違規，則撤回論文並告知讀者與相關索引系統。
The Editorial Board is responsible for overseeing and upholding publication ethics. In cases involving plagiarism, fabrication, or other forms of academic misconduct, appropriate actions—such as corrections, clarifications, retractions, or public notices—will be taken depending on the severity of the violation. If a published article is found to contain false or misleading information, the journal will notify the author to make corrections. In cases of serious misconduct, the article will be retracted and readers and relevant indexing services will be duly informed.
四、人工智能使用政策 Policy on the Use of Artificial Intelligence
人工智能不得列為論文作者或合著者，研究與寫作之學術責任仍由作者本人承擔。若研究或寫作過程中使用人工智能或相關輔助技術，作者應於致謝、研究方法或適當處明確揭露其使用方式與軟體名稱，以確保學術透明與誠信。本刊審稿者不可使用人工智能生成審稿意見。
Artificial intelligence may not be listed as an author or co-author; responsibility for research and writing remains entirely with the human author(s). If artificial intelligence or related tools are used at any stage of the research or writing process, authors must clearly disclose the software used and its manner of use in the acknowledgements, methodology section, or another appropriate part of the manuscript to ensure academic transparency and integrity. Reviewers for this journal may not use artificial intelligence to generate peer review report
