The Editor-in-Chief or editorial board conducts a preliminary review to check the manuscript’s relevance, completeness, and academic quality.
流程三:同儕審查 Stage 3: Peer Review
稿件送交至少兩位匿名領域專家進行雙盲審查,評估研究價值、論證嚴謹性及文獻引用等。
The manuscript is sent to at least two anonymous experts in the field for double-blind review, evaluating research significance, rigor, citations, and formatting.
流程四:編委會議決審查結果 Stage 4: Editorial Board Decision on Peer Review Results
根據審稿意見,編輯委員會做出接受、修改或拒稿決定。
Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the Editor-in-Chief makes a decision: Accept, Revision, or Reject.
流程五:定稿與編輯 Stage 5: Final Decision & Editing
對接受刊登及通過修改審查之稿件進行編輯潤飾、校對與排版。
Accepted manuscripts that have passed the revision review are edited, proofread, and formatted for publication.
流程六:出版 Stage 6: Publication
稿件刊登於當期紙本及電子期刊。
The manuscript is published in the print and electronic versions of the journal.
