摘要 本文試圖釐清,與音樂有關的專業探討,宜置於音樂學範疇;音樂美學的探究,由於涉及感性因子的考量,而與生活祈嚮(invocation) 有一定程度的嵌結,則當置於價值學(axiology) 範疇,這是探討音樂美學的首要區分。

本文創意揭露,音樂美學的重點在於考察音樂何以具有吸引
力 (attraction),以致人們會因而親近音樂,且讓它在人的生活中發揮重要功能,並成為人類的主要文化象徵。總之,音樂在我們的生活中扮演著極為重要的角色。是以,考量這種「吸引力」,本文也建議把音響(含器材)的探究置入音樂美學範疇。

本文最後揭示,「音樂」是人類聲響創作的登峰造極之做,而「美學」則是人類對「最優價值」(optimal value) 祈嚮的無悔追求,兩者的嵌結則呈現為人對「太和」——聲音元初狀態 (initial state)之和比——的期許與吟哦,而音樂正是把人類語言表述未竟之處,透過一種「悅『樂』形式」或發洩情緒模式)加以補足;音樂美學即把這整個符碼化(codified) 之程序加以解碼 (decoding) 的陳構(formula)。
Abstract This paper attempts to clarify the categorical differentiation between musicology, to which professional inquiry into anything related to music appropriately belongs, and the aesthetics of music, to which inquiry into axiology appropriately belongs, due to the latter’s involvement of aesthesis factor and connection with the invocation of life. Any study of aesthetics of music should begin with the understanding of this primary categorical differentiation.

This paper creatively reveals that the emphasis of the aesthetics of music lies in the investigation of the how of music’s attraction that brings people close to music, so as to exert of the aesthetics of music.

This paper finally reveals that music is the masterwork of the voice of human beings' creativity and aesthetics is the invocation of the optimal value of human beings. The connection of music and aesthetics presents human beings'expectation of "Taihe," the coincidence of the initial state of the sounds. By means of "Yuele" form (or emotional release), music expresses what language cannot express. The aesthetics of music is the decoding formula of the whole process of codification.
