1. 《藝術學研究》致力於維持高標準的嚴格同儕審查制度。當來稿通過編委會內審，則會送交適合的專家學者進行雙匿名審查。
2. 審稿者將評估文稿的研究方法及立論是否扎實，以及對於藝術人文學的學術 貢獻程度。審稿的結果分為通過刊登、修改後刊登、修改後再審、或退稿。 審查意見將會回覆投稿者，最終審查結果由編委會決議。
3. 審稿者有責任客觀評審，與論文作者和研究無任何利益衝突，並對於審稿 之論文負保密責任。
4. 請一律另紙註明作者姓名、服務單位與現職、通訊地址等個人資料，正文中 請勿附上足以辨識作者身份之資料，以利審查作業。本刊不接受一稿兩投， 未獲知結果前如欲另投他處，請通知本刊撤銷投稿。
1. Journal of Art Studies is committed to peer-review integrity and meeting the highest standards of review. Once the research article has been assessed for suitability by the editor and the editorial board, it will then be double blind peer reviewed by at least two independent, anonymous expert referees. Referees are selected according to their expertise in their particular fields.
2. Referees are requested to evaluate whether the manuscript is methodologically sound and makes a significant contribution to the scholarship of arts and humanities. Referees judge each paper according to the following scale: Strongly recommended for publication; Revise for publication; Revise for further review; and Denied publication. A decision is sent to the corresponding author, along with reviews made by the Referees. The editorial board is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript.
3. Referees hold responsibility to be objective in their judgments; have no conflict of interest with respect to the research and the authors; and treat the reviewed articles confidentially.
4. Manuscripts must be prepared for anonymous review. Name, title, affiliation, and contact information including e-mail address should be provided separately.Self-identifying references should be removed and previous works by the author cited in third person. Authors must confirm that submissions are not under review anywhere else.
