本文針對主題──倫理規範及其集體行動之間隙，討論了兩個具代表性的論議，並嘗試提出可能相應的解題。全文圍繞著「如何促使人自我約束、節制，以及接受人我之間的相互強制」這一提問，而展開生態永續發展視野的檢視。細節研究除了檢討一些與環境倫理及其集體行動相關的基本理念之外，並照應了「人性」論述，以及重構環境倫理規範的可能性和不同領域的創意性。

In this paper, I have offered some insights of the remarkable arguments about the theme—the gap between the norm and collective action of environmental ethics. In my opinion, in such a subject the main problems which theorist may concern are that how could we require us and other people to be self-restrained, self-moderated, and possibly to be inter-constrained one another within the actions of sustainable development. In detail, first, I argue some rationales about environmental ethics and collective actions; and follow the approach of theory of human nature, second, I reconstruct the arguments of the possibility and innovation of broaching the norms of ethics.
