本文藉助Elizabeth Reynolds Welfel和Gerald Corey等學者近年來的研究成果，首先探討諮商倫理中存在的基本問題和困難，並分析諮商師應該具備的專業倫理，並且提示面對這些困難可能的解決路徑，然後彙整兩位學者的倫理決策步驟，介紹了能夠輔助諮商師進行決策時可以運用的思考工具；同時也為社會大眾了解諮商心理師應負的倫理責任起到簡要的提示作用。

This text draws on the works by scholars such as Elizabeth Reynolds Welfel and Gerald Corey, explores the basic problems and difficulties in consulting ethics, analyzes the professional ethics that counselors should adopt, and suggests possible approaches to these difficulties. It summarizes the ethical decision-making steps of the two scholars, and introduces the thinking tools that can be used to assist counselors in their decision-making process. It also serves as a brief reminder for the public to understand the ethical responsibilities of the counselors.
